Regan Gray understands the entire political process, both inside the capitol and out. Her experience spans state government, candidate and initiative campaigns and non-profit organizations. She spent seven years working for state legislative offices and four years as policy director for a non-profit child advocacy organization. In 2012, Regan joined Okulitch & Associates bringing her knowledge of state budgets, service delivery and coalition building. 

Regan's commitment to improving state policies and programs is well recognized; she has been appointed by state lawmakers and state agency directors to serve on various committees and commissions. Regan "has impressed Salem insiders" according to the

Willamette Week. A native Oregonian, Regan holds a degree from Portland State University. She lives in Oak Grove with her husband and two children.
